In July 2025, Bradford College required a series of HVAC upgrades across multiple campus buildings to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and air quality ahead of the September term. Appointed through CBRE, we acted as a trusted local facilities management supplier to deliver the works at three key locations:

Our engineering team included two Bradford College alumni, creating a unique full-circle moment where former students returned to help improve facilities for the next generation.
During the initial assessment phase, we identified that the original plans included wall-mounted units that would not deliver the long-term performance or efficiency expected. Based on cubic metre capacity and usage data, our engineers advised against the initial specification and proposed an alternative design to achieve greater value and sustainability.
By revising the specification, we helped Bradford College avoid what could have been a false economy, ensuring the installed systems met the building’s actual cooling and ventilation needs. The result is a modern, energy-efficient HVAC setup that supports both staff wellbeing and student comfort throughout the academic year.
